Tube Cutter, Boring and Chamfering Machine |
Our new Bardons & Oliver RH-Series Rotating Head Machine takes precision tube and bar cutting and adds in-line end finishing allowing us to produce a complete finished tube in one operation. While holding the material stationary (a distinct advantage for processing small diameter tubes), the head rotates to cutoff, chamfer the inner diameter and outer diameter, counterbore and more to produce the exact finish required. The RH-Series Rotary Head Machine allows Alba to run the parts you need. . . when you need them. . . how you need them.
Our new PerformArc Robotic Welder combines the highest productivity per square foot, with extremely high output and ensures the ultimate safety for our team members. The Robotic Welder handles repetitive welds, provides improved quality, increased speed and throughput.

With our expansion, we want to take a green initiative and provide our team members with the best work environment possible. The FARR Gold Series provides the ultimate indoor air quality.
By capturing pollutants from entering the workplace, we are able to contribute to a more sustainable and energy efficient environment. |
We now have two industrial parts washers and parts cleaning systems. Our new cleaning systems use detergents that are water soluble and biodegradable, making them safe for the team members as well as for the environment.
The addition of our new parts washing equipment improved the paint quality and speed of throughput, especially as this process used to be done manually. |
