Sales Support and Estimating Engineer Job Description
This position is responsible for sales support and estimate/quoting for Alba equipment.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Prepare and review sales quotes
- Prepare sales drawings
- Provide technical support to Alba’s sales team and customers
- Review and gather information needed for sales opportunities
- Assist the Sales team with product selection and technical support
- Review product data and overall system requirements for projects
- Assist with Customer meetings and visits
Estimating
- Estimate and generate pricing for Alba equipment
- Learn and understand manufacturing processes and procedures to develop accurate equipment pricing
- Assist in maintaining equipment pricing
Skills:
- Knowledge and experience with conveyors and material handling industry helpful
- Mechanical Aptitude – Experience working with power transmission components helpful
- Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office Applications
- Well organized and able to focus on details
- Experience using AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player that is willing to help out and take the initiative to get things done
- Ability to work independently

Receiving Clerk Job Description
This position is responsible for unloading trucks, accurate inspection of received goods, entering receiving data correctly, and delivering received goods to the proper location. Attention to detail, being well organized, good communication skills, safety oriented, and quick thinking for resolutions are essential qualities needed for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting, counting, accepting, or rejecting goods received
- Work in a fast paced environment and deal with multiple people at the same time
- Recording received items accurately into the computer database
- Perform receiving duties as required per the appropriate SOPs
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the plant manager
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition
- Unload freight in a safe and efficient manner
- Move product to storage area with proper equipment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, crane) in a safe and efficient manner
- Assists in physical inventories, as needed
- Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
- Work overtime as needed
- Detailed oriented and pay close attention to accuracy
- Follow prescribed safety regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years receiving experience in a manufacturing environment
- Courteous, professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate with other employees and suppliers/vendors
- Accurate mathematical skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Physical ability to unload trucks as needed
- Recent fork lift experience

Paint Finishing Technician Job Description
Qualified candidates will have experience in all aspects of production painting in an industrial environment, including but not limited to:
- Safety, including knowledge and practice of OSHA and EPA regulations
- Spraying a variety of different paints including oil based enamels, epoxies, urethanes, water borne enamels, etc.
- Troubleshooting and repair of substandard finishes
- Touching up damaged paint
- Repairing damaged paint
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The overall appearance of equipment prior to shipping with an emphasis on making sure all chips, scratches, runs or sags are repaired.
- Assisting with parts cleaning and deburring- paint prep
- Monitoring pressure pot paint levels
- Maintaining paint usage records
- Maintaining paint booth maintenance and filter change records
- Maintaining a neat, orderly, and clean work area
- Filling in for painters when needed
- Good organizational abilities
- A good work ethic
- Willing to take responsibility for paint quality on finished products
- Good attendance
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel or squat for extended periods
- Ability to work overtime
- Following all safety regulations
- Any other task as directed by the supervisor or leadman
This is a permanent first shift position. You will be required to pass a spray test. You will be required to pass a drug test. You must be physically capable of wearing a respirator for extended periods. You will be required to pass a respirator fit test.
